  The worst receptionist in the world - Maria :) I cannot begin to fathom the rudness of this lady - if you don’t like your job please go and seek a different career path. Each time I’ve spoken to Maria she has been snobby, rude & sarcastic. I called yesterday to get a phone consult with a doctor, she said she booked it in for the following morning at 9:45am. It’s now 11:45am and haven’t gotten a call so I called back and got Maria again unfortunately for me. Maria said she’ll look into why I wasn’t called, she then said let me confirm your number and read out someone else’s number COMPLETELY wrong. Not even one similar number to my actual number. I then told her that was not my number and she hesistated and then found my actual number. I told her the doctor may have called another person because the number she initially read was incorrect, she then repeated my correct number to be over again when I explained she initially read out the wrong number. When I said if she could please get the doctor to call me again as he may have called the number she originally read out she told me she’s read out the number multiple times and she doesn’t know ‘what I want her to do’ and there’s nothing she could do and that there fully booked and to make an appointment for another day. I told her she was being rude and told me she’s hanging up and will pass on the problem to a doctor.
  
  Not to mention I was in the centre one day with another lady who asked for a mask, Maria told her to go and buy one. Minutes later another lady came in and asked for a mask and Maria handed it straight to her.
  
  Such an awful person, I hope no one else has to feel this disgusted my a receptionist so just do yourself a favour and avoid this place.

  This clinic has some good doctors and the staff use to be very helpful and friendly. But the service level has dropped over the years.
  
  I saw Dr Issa khalil today, he did nothing to treat me and told me to continue with over the counter medication which I'm already taking with not much improvement. Btw, this is not the first time I see him I thought I give both of us another opportunity to know him better.
  I agreed with all the comments in Google reviews, it is a waste of time to see this doctor, not helpful and has no empathy at all.

  Not seeing new patients. Interesting way to run a medical centre and treat sick people. Maybe don’t let all doctors go on leave at the same time

  Couldn't be more happy with the professional treatment received from Dr. Peter. Compassionate, caring and knowledgeable. Have been several times and each time no problems. Have recommended to friends and they agree the practice treats patients humanly.

  I am utterly appalled by the shocking incident that occurred at Bass Hill Medical Centre on Friday, September 1st, 2023, at 4:43 PM. Despite the presence of medical professionals and 15 minutes remaining until the closing time of 5 PM, the receptionist heartlessly turned me away, even though I arrived with a burned face.
  
  In a situation where immediate medical attention was not only essential but also readily available, their actions were inexcusable. The complete lack of empathy and the blatant disregard for my urgent need for care is beyond comprehension.
  
  It is deeply troubling to think that such negligence exists within a medical facility, where lives are entrusted into the hands of professionals. This incident has left me shaken, and I am determined to take this matter further to ensure accountability and prevent others from experiencing a similar ordeal.
