  I took my cat today to check her bottom, it was swollen and red. Blood test was $245! $245 and in the house, they don’t send it to somewhere! It’s such a rip off!
  My previous vet was in Kogarah and they charge $130 for the blood test, I literally called them and ask! Ultrasound is $130!! At the end I ended up paying for $654.
  Dr Ping did not quote us before about the price, he did not even tell me what’s wrong with her bottom. I shocked with the bill and I forgot to ask which he should’ve told me anyway. I was looking for a permanent local vet but no way I am going back to this place ever again.

  My three girls love going to Bass Hill Vet for their vet checks, the team of vets and nurses are always great with our naughty children. Their love and compassion towards them is always outstanding, wouldn’t take them anywhere else! Highly recommend

  If i can give this place no stars at all I would. I came in with my sick cat and they sent him home saying he was fine and just with a “fever” without any medication. He passed away the next day with kidney failure, liver disease and jaundice. Mind you the lady opened his mouth and SAW the jaundice and said “his gums are fine” do not recommend at all. Our cat was a loyal customer of theirs we microchipped him and turns out after he passed we found out his micro chip was not even recorded. Do not get me started with the customer service. TERRIBLE all they want is money do not care for animals like they claim they do

  Gave them 4 chances to prove me wrong and every time I went, it was a terrible experience. There is rarely a receptionist so wait time is always ridiculously long just to check in. If by some miracle, there is a receptionist the service is terrible. The vets are also rude and have no bedside manner. Both my dogs left this place shivering and scared. Take your pets elsewhere!

  I took my sweet little cat Zorro in for a check up today and He was seen by Dr George. He was so patient with all my questions of concern and he was very gentle with Zorro. I am so glad I chose this Vet practice to entrust my cat into their care.
